Payment Policies
Whenever an appointment is scheduled with one of the doctors you will receive a financial form which will provide all fees, estimated insurance and amount due at the appointment. Deposits for lab work on crowns and other restorative items are generally 50% at the time the work is sent to the lab. This is usually equal to what an insurance co-pay would be. We do offer a 5% discount when full payment is received at the beginning of treatment.
Our office does provide extended payment options through Care Credit. 
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA and HPHC. In addition we accept all indemnity plans (not HMO) and will submit all dental insurance claims. We work very hard to ensure our patients receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account.

If you have insurance other than the above, we do accept most all insurance plans. In most cases the only time a patient sees much of an out-of-pocket difference between us and an “in-network” provider is when major work such as crown, dentures and implants are needed or there are special provisions on the policy. Since our practice only uses white resin for fillings and not silver, and most insurance plans provide benefits only for silver, the cost to the patient is the same regardless if you are seeing an in or out of network dentist. This is plan specific and we will be happy to look at your policy.
